Item says it's 58 inches at chest and waist for the 4x. I measured myself. I'm 56 inches. I can't do up the vest, too small. Beautiful vest. Doesn't fit. Disappointed because it was delayed a month, then shows up too small. Excellent quality, wish I could wear it.
