How to Start a Return or Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact our customer service team at info@barrywang.com.
Please do not return any items without prior authorization. Once we confirm your request, we will provide the return instructions and return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Return & Refund:

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Returned items will not be resold to other customers.

Refund Timeline:

  • If you are eligible for a refund without returning the item, your refund will be issued within 2–5 business days.
  • If the refund requires a returned item, the refund will be processed within 2–5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is officially posted).
  3. Contact your bank (there may be processing delays).

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement within 2 business day after receiving your returned package.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to defective or incorrect items, we will cover all shipping costs.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping. Fees vary depending on the courier selected.
  • Customers will only be charged once for outbound shipping (this includes returns); no restocking fee will be applied.

Additional Notes:

  • We are unable to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please keep the item and packaging. Send us a photo and contact our customer service. We’ll investigate and arrange a solution or replacement.
  • All returns must go through our return process. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and personally.
